Serves regional and seasonal British food. Menus change with the seasons and will include asparagus from Evesham, Gloucester Old Spot Pork, local Dexter beef and venison plus of course Cotswold lamb. In the Winter local shoots provide pheasant, wild duck and partridge. Cheeses are all local and include the award winning Blue Brie from Stow and St Eadelburgs from Gorsehill Farm in the next village.
