Heritage pub in quaint Guildford. There's a wine cellar / converted prison(?) underneath complete with candles. The outside area has chill out sessions on the weekends.

Huge historic Pub with all dinning options covered. The Posh Convict Bar indoors caters to high end fine dining - the steaks are amazing. For a more chilled family friendly vibe there are multiple outdoor spaces with the fire pit in use when it's cold.
