My favorite little grocery store for their small heathfood section in the back, better prices but smaller selection than Island Naturals. Its farther south, but if you're heading to the Pure Kona Green Market on Sundays, its just 1/4 mile away!

They have a great natural food section and fresh caught local fish.

This food store is a little hidden, up the hill behind the Ace Hardware in Captain Cook. Definitely worth a stop in for some cold beverages, deli snacks or good selection and fair prices on groceries.
