The Barley Mow
This is a great place to eat and drink in, the best of Bristol's brewed beer, with many other drinks, good food as well (till 9pm at night), it's a great place to visit.
Great cuisine with vegan and vegetarian options. Their beer is all local with at least a dozen on tap plus bottles of imports.
Easygoing hostelry with a large choice of cask, bottle and keg beers, plus modern pub grub.
“Tasty beer brewed on premesis. Call or visit the website to book a tour of the facilities. They're very accomodating with to-go beers if you'd like to sip some deliciousness whilst your children play in the park just across the road.”
“Italian and Sardinian specialities in an olive-coloured restaurant with panoramic windows.”
“My favourite pub in town by a country mile, tucked away at the bottom of the historic Christmas Steps (which is also worth a look) fantastic food & local beer, great vegan menu, DJs at weekend not the mention soundest bar staff in Bristol.”
“This is a fantastic steak grill near St Nick's market. They offer a relatively limited menu and you basically gotta love steak to enjoy it but if you do it's worth a visit. It's suprisingly big all in all but feels like an intimate restaurant because of how it is laid out. They won 'Best Steak' in the Bristol Good Food Awards this year so it's not just us who love it! ”
