Surrounded by some of the most famous and ravishing beaches in Europe, Marina de Portimão is one of the most beautiful marinas in Portugal. The exclusive and famous club of Algarve is located here - NoSoloÁgua. Also, here you can find many of the surf, stand up paddle, kayak and kite surf schools. Many of the activities available in Algarve can be purchased in the operators bouts that are located in the marina.

In this place you have restaurants, shops and a very nice view to the ocean. A few meters you can see the fort of Santa Catarina, and on the other side ( Ferragudo) you can see Fort of São João.

The marina is located at the Eastern end of Praia da Rocha. It's a lovely area for a stroll - don't miss walking out to the Lighthouse! - and to enjoy a drink at one of the bars. A great spot for sunrise and sunset photos, but also to watch the movement of boats entering and leaving the Arade river.

Not far from the Fort of Santa Catarina, you can find the marina of Portimão. Here you can see many boats, both small and luxurious. The marina of Portimão is one of the biggest marinas of the Algarve. The area around the marina is also a nice place to walk around. You can see the fishing village of Ferragudo on the other side of the water. From the marina you can also take a number of boat trips.
