Beautiful rainforests to drive through en route. Sunshine coast hinterland is gorgeous. Very interesting sessions e.g. meditation for depression. Wholesome foods on sale as well as an interesting shop on all things wellbeing.

A peaceful place to visit. Open to all. Beautiful gardens to explore and a Gompa/meditation temple to visit. Gift shop open Fri/ Sat/ Sun 9am -1.30pm. Various Buddhist and wellness courses on offer. Check calendar for what’s coming up. Vegetarian lunch can be ordered on weekends by phoning ahead. Chai and cake for sale for drop in visitors when cafe is open. (Similar hours to gift shop). Resident nuns and monks.
