Museum of Science and Industry, Chicago
This is my favorite museum in the city, and it's right here in Hyde Park! It's got everything—a gigantic model train layout, an interactive coal mining simulation, an *entire submarine*, and so much more! It's a great visit no matter how much or how little time you have.

“Chicago has world class museums, and Field is my personal favorite. The building is beautiful, the setting is impeccable, and the exhibits are informative as you'd expect. They have things to entertain children as well, like the IMAX. If you're into museums, put this one on your list. ”
“Even if you're not interested in the fishes, you still MUST come here to see the view of Chicago! ”
“Navy Pier is a 3,300-foot-long pier on the Chicago shoreline of Lake Michigan. It is located in the Streeterville neighborhood of the Near North Side community area.”
“One of the biggest Museums in America with an amazing collection. The Modern Wing collections and Impressionists are my favorite. Also the best way to bring creative gift is to visit museum shop.”
“There are many excellent restaurants in Chicago's own Chinatown neighborhood, but none of them compare to Three Happiness, for delicious and very affordable Cantonese dining.”
