This is the main city square, everything happens around this place. Great water fountains synchronized with music, especially at night and during weekends. Arts and crafts fairs and other events are commonplace. Come here by the pedestrian road Sarmiento for added coolness. On the west side of the park, across from the Hyatt/casino is also where you take the hop-on hop-off bus called "Mendobus"
