A must see! The mediterranean has come to Central Texas. Please make sure you do the olive oil and balsamic vinegar tasting and olive oil making tour. Recommended for kids 10+

A family-owned grove producing some of the highest quality olive oil produced in the United States. The olive orchard features a Tuscan-inspired mill house, a state-of-the-art Italian olive press and a large tasting room.
