Reasonable price, friendly staff to serve you coffee or drinks with a bird's-eye view of the famous Hoan Kiem lake. Also good to enjoy the sunset while overlooking the bustling center of Hanoi. ☆I love to go there on the 1st day of Lunar New Year, very quiet and peaceful place!
