Beavertail Lighthouse Museum
Absolutely breathtaking. Built in 1856 it is the premier lighthouse in Rhode Island. The light provides navigation for boats and ships entering Narragansett Bay in the East Passage between Conanicut Island and Newport.
“The local favorite for a good reason. Good food great prices and the best live music from here to providence.”
“Quaint destination offering seasonal gourmet seafood dishes, along with an extensive wine list. ”
“They have really good breakfast croissants and many other lunch sandwiches and wraps”
“Only open on the weekends but serves the best home-baked breads, lunch and authentic brick oven pizza on Sunday nights. Get there early and expect a line but it's well worth the wait!”
“Great food, lively spot. Owners are great people and know how to accommodate their guests. Italian with an emphasis on locally grown organic fare. Make a reservation 10 minutes away.”
