I prefer this place to Yoga Oasis personally, because its a smaller studio with a more peaceful vibe - class size of about 20 max. Also a "power flow" place. Especially good in the cooler season because they have a "warm steam" system which is really relaxing. Not as hot as bikram, about 80-82…
Very hipster and social, but their 730pm class gets PACKED every night. Get ready to sweat.. it's the hot yoga.
“You need wine!!! If white wine is part of the plan and do not have time to chill it yourself. Ask them for a cold bottle from the cooler.”
“The ice cream here is made dairy-free from CASHEWS. And it's actually amazing. Truly. I say that as a Wisconsin girl who knows her dairy...”
“Napoli pizzas and salads with a great bar next door (Sidecar) (on Broadway, 1.1 miles west)”
“Southern Arizona takes pride in keeping light pollution to a minimum for the purpose of watching the skies. In fact, you may notice Rancho Sahuarita has low-light regulations in effect, and that is why you will not see street lights. If you do want to go to the observatory, make sure to check out the website to see when tours are offered. The tours may fill up and require reservations.”
“Great Ethiopian food in an old historic house. The service runs at its own pace, but the food is delicious. There is another great Ethiopian place Called ‘Cafe Desta’ near downtown. Cafe Desta is more sheek and is located in the hip ‘5 Corners’ area. ”
