Upscale shop offers wines by the glass or bottles to go, finger foods & custom-design bouquets.
It's mainly a wine shop, which has quite a good selection, but they also serve pretty tasty little tapas style dishes. It's a good place to grab a glass of wine and have a snack before heading out for the night.
Frank wine and flower does exactly what its name suggests. What it doesn't tell you is that they bring in a chef on Thursdays at five who does whatever he wants until close. Check it out!
“Outpost of a chain known for its extensive selection of draft beers for on-site drinking or to go.”
“Just try them. While the tourists are waiting in line at Voodoo Donut, you'll be enjoying some of the best doughnuts anywhere. ”
“Ross Island Grocery & Cafe: pleasant little café hits the spot, & pick up beverages to bring back! But not much for cooking ingredients. (3502 SW Corbett Ave)”
“Cozy spot decorated with Asian accents offering Chinese standards plus an all-you-can-eat selection. About a five minute walk.”
“This is a bit of a drive, but if you're craving good Thai food this is the spot. There's like a million Thai restaurants in Portland and many of them are just 'ok'. This one stands out, especially their huge selection of soups. They have this won ton soup I'm addicted to. Everything tastes freshly made. Be careful about ordering things 'spicy'...they don't play around!”
