Their Pho is amazing. Definitely my favorite I've had in the area and it's vegan! Love the floor seating in the back it is adorable

This is on Bardstown Road and close. They are totally vegetarian and they make tofu. (before them, the closest place to get made tofu was Chicago). Heart and Soy is take out/ informal eat-in. Roots is a little formal dining. The owner is Vietnamese and they have a mix of Asian food. This is a solid quick choice.
