Brea Lu moved from Portland to a bigger space in Westbrook a few years ago, and it's become the most popular brunch spot in town. Food, service, and indoor/outdoor seating are all really good and it's walking distance from Cottage Place.

Giant pancakes!! Excellent hash and good coffee. 10 min walk, 2 min drive. Breakfast and Lunch.
