Hungarian, German and Czech comfort food with delicious Czech, German beers and Hungarian wines

Global gastropub eats & a broad list of brews in a modern beer hall setting with big windows. Really cozy and awesome service.
If you haven't tried Hungarian food, you are in for a wonderful surprise. One of your hosts favorite restaurants.
Though it's the busiest street in The Mission, Paprika is still somewhat "hidden." This Hungarian spot offers a fantastic happy hour beer + sausage platter deal and also has great goulash and paprikash as well.
“Old-school Mission District Mexican spot dishing all the standards, notably handmade tamales.”
“Have a membership? Head on over. They're open late. This is more of a mini-gym with weights, Nautilus-style machines, circuit training, and ellipticals. No treadmills at this location. There is a larger location on Market St in the Castro.”
“Heart of the Mission District tacos (and a bunch of burritos including several vegetarian styles not common elsewhere). Great decor, unassuming. Legit.”
