Royal Hawaiian Surf Academy was founded in 1998, and is a family run business. Their passion for surfing runs deep, and when taking lessons from them, you can quickly see that it is contagious. Royal Hawaiian Surf Academy offers private surf and stand up paddling lessons, group and semi private lessons. They also offer a "Surfari" package for experienced surfers who want to explore other surf spots on Maui. All other lessons are held at "Breakwall" in Lahaina. Children under 9 years of age are required to have private lessons for safety purposes.
