Usually a line down the block- but the weirdo and delicious flavors are worth it!
People will sometimes drive down from Vancouver (Washington) just to enjoy this frozen treat. If you're into ice cream then I'd recommend stopping by for a cone.
Amazing ice cream with unique flavors like Honey Lavender, Sea Salt w/ Caramel Ribbons, Goat Cheese Marionberry Habanero, Arbequina Olive Oil to name a few!
Oprah's favorite ice cream is Salt & Straw's Olive Oil, and even The Rock gets his Salt & Straw shipped straight to his house. Place is legit. Don't let a long line discourage you; plenty of good people watching while you wait. Stroll that way or bike from Cascadia Hideaway.
“Good Indian street food, I recommend their Kati rolls. Situated in the artsy Alberta district.”

“Buttermilk biscuits are served plain or in hefty Southern sandwiches at this popular bakery.”
“The patio at Tin Shed has always been a breakfast hangout, even pre-pandemic. Neighbors would sit out among the plants, tucked away on Alberta, with piles of eggs over cheesy grits or raspberry-jam scones. For those seeking a pile of potato cakes, an asparagus-leek eggs Benedict, and a passionfruit-pineapple-orange mimosa, this is the mid-week brunch spot to hit. Tin Shed is open for takeout or onsite dining, with reservations available. ”
“French bunch spot with pastries and very filling meals. Situated in the artsy Alberta district.”
“A fantastic, close spot for delicious BBQ. Make sure you try the brisket and ribs, if they aren't sold out! I'd recommend calling to verify what they still have before you go because they are only open until they sell out of BBQ for the day.”
