Gym, yoga space, rock climbing wall, spa, restaurant… You want wellness and health, you come here! There is no way to come to this wellness centre and leave feeling like you’ve not paid your due to your mind, body and soul, literally, all bases are covered. Qi boasts a gorgeously sleek and modern building to go and relieve your stresses. The wall to climb is great, perhaps a good starting point for those inclined to take it up more seriously later, and did I mention the bathrooms? A great amenity, with lockers and its own steam room for decompression (this I know only from the ladies standpoint, fellas will need to check theirs out for themselves). After all the exertion, have a meal at their delicious restaurant; all healthy, all super fresh, all in line with their wellness mantra =)
