地中海と大西洋を隔てるThe Rock、日帰り観光にぴったりのポイント。Fuengirolaから現地フリー行動のバスツアーが出ているのでそれに乗ってしまうのが一番。公共の交通手段だと時間がかかります。イギリス領なのでパスポート必携。ロープウェイでロックのネイチャーリザーブに上がると、素晴らしい風景を楽しめます。猿に注意。

If you want to experience Gibraltar remember to take your passports as this is British Overseas Territory and they will not let you in without them. There is plenty to do here including visiting old english pubs, great scenic walks, guided rock tours with the monkeys, dolphin watching excursions and much more.

If you fancy a long day trip, look no further than Gibraltar. Enter the Great Britain and mount the rock of Gibraltar via a lift or private bus and enjoy the views, don’t forget to engage with the macaque monkeys! We recommend going by car but buses are also available.

This is a cool place to go. we arrived arround 17.00 and the funicular railway (linbanan) stopped at arround 19.00 if you want to go to the top. so we tooked a guided minibus tour up to the top of the cliff and we also met the monkeys living up there. it was a experience over the usual. After we were done we took our car and just had a drive around Gibraltar to see the whole state. This is a taxfree paradise, some come here to buy cheaper watches and other stuff. Dont know if its much cheeper then the internet today but worth having a look!

A British colony. When you cross the border you really feel like you're not in Spain anymore. Prepare for some Spanglish, double-deckers and the only wild monkey population of Europe.
