Broad Ripple is an artsy village known for its abundance of locally-owned restaurants, its art scene, its nightlife, its canal, the Mo non Trail that connects to downtown and Carmel, the iconic Vogue Theater, and 68-acre Broad Ripple Park (the actual front yard of the Treetop Lodge). Take the new Red Line downtown or experience a peaceful kayak float on the river 1 block away. After dark and especially on the weekends Broad Ripple also turns into one of the main lightlife centers in Indy. Perfectly located 10 mins from Butler University, Keystone Fashion Mall, State Fairgrounds, and 20 mins to Lucas Oil or Grand Park.

Broad Ripple is one of the 7 cultural districts in Indianapolis...also one of the oldest! It has a variety of wonderful things to do! Shopping, parks, great local restaurants and the Monon Trail!

North of the city, the Broad Ripple neighborhood (where David Letterman was raised) plays host to funky shops, a variety of ethnic cuisine and a thriving nightlife offering a more collegiate feel thanks to the presence of nearby Butler University.

Broad Ripple has a college town vibe, which makes sense because it is close to Butler University. Lots of fun restaurants, bars and venues. Broad Ripple also home to a great Farmer's Market.
