Amazing location for lunch/coffee, I have never had dinner here but it's probably good!
Nice spot to have a drink. Good atmosphere. In the summer they have bonfires outside. I wouldn't recommend the food, but they have a large menu of vegetarian, vegan and serve good local and organic products.
Low profile local hangout on NDSM wharf. Nice garden on the waterfront with great city views. Don't expect too much of the service, especially when its busy.. Live music at night.
Take the free ferry to NDSM - nice bar on old ship wharf. Cool area to have a look around
“A local favorite. Go while you can, the city has other plans for the next years. ”
“De ceuvel is a lovely and cosy place to have dinner or have a drink. It is a place where the local's go and has a unique vibe. The restaurant is part of a sustainable project and you can take a walk around the restaurant to learn more about it. Lots of activities like workshops and festivals are organized here too.”
“The Dutch Film Museum. Amazing architecture and views overlooking the city. They have great expositions and movies. Wouldn't recommend the restaurant though, walk a bit further to TOLHUISTUIN for food. Can't miss this spot! ”
“Not far from our ships, you find this hidden gem. For food & drinks but also for their cultural program, worth a visit! Winter & Summer.”
“Perfectly situated spacious seafood restaurant with big terrace at the waterfront. It tailors its menu around the season and buys its stock from reputable sources, mainly based in North Holland, which maintain environmentally conscious fishing practices. There’s always an impressive variety of gourmet seafood available at the restaurant, ranging from whole lobsters served with fresh fries to oven-baked wolffish, plated alongside mussels and mashed potatoes.”
