Lovely new neighbourhood with an oceanside walkway, picnic spots, children's playground and a small nature island to explore. Cafes, grocery and liquor stores. Free outdoor cinema in the summertime.

Stroll through Olympic Village, created for the 2010 olympics, or take your bike along the seawall. Enjoy lunch at Terra Breads or Craft Brew Pub, sit and watch the world go by, or take a sea taxi.
