UPDATE 2020: The original store caught fire and heavily damaged. Plans to rebuild are in the future. Two large satellite store are on the Outer Banks; one in Duck and the other in Kitty Hawk - Nags Head area. If you know the catalog, you will just die over the store! Prepare to spend an hour PLUS - you won't want to miss anything ;-)

Now this is a business that locals and tourist from all over love... Unfortunately the family owned and operated business suffered a tragic fire that shocked everyone ...They are however working very hard and in the rebuilding stage right now...They do have other locations throughout the area, Elizabeth City, Corolla, Duck ,Nags Head, and Edenton stop in at any of their locations ...they have a large selection of everything...BUT KEEP YOUR EYES OPEN FOR THE REOPENING OF THE LOCATION THAT WE ARE THE MOST PROUD OF...

What could be better than shopping and wine tasting at the same place. About 7 miles north of the Wright Brothers Bridge this family owned 200 acre winery is a great shopping and wine tasting desitnation (Sanctuary Vineyards). They offer free outdoor music events all summer and is a popular wedding and event venue. The store is a fun place with endless rooms of chachkies and souvenirs. Call ahead for more info about music and wine tasting to schedule wine tasting events.
