For my taste here is made one of the best carbonara in Rome and the burrata with whipping chicory is a classic. A true Roman trattoria near Piazza Fiume.

excellent restaurant, it worth going there, even if it is not around the corner. Easy access by bus line 63 from Via del Corso to Piazza Fiume.
