From the origins to today, the spirit has remained unchanged. Very traditional restaurant. Thanks to decades of word of mouth, tourists arrive to Rome by having a lunch or a dinner.

Unassuming restaurant serving wonderful Roman dishes. Have to reserve a table in person as you won’t get one otherwise. Great local specialities with free tasting dishes. Ottimo ristorante. Le loro specialità: Pasta alla carbonara, Tonnarelli Cacio e Pepe, Pasta e fagioli.
