This three-floor spot in an old police station at the bottom of Kingsland Road really is a one-stop shop when it comes to booze. At TT Liquor, you can enjoy a range of cocktail making classes and liquor tastings, held in what used to be jail cells; you can even stash bottles in deposit boxes to enjoy on your next visit. In the cellar bar, the menu is divided up into four eras, so you can drink your way through cocktail history. If you’re still thirsty after all that, you can pick up a tipple from the liquor store, which is over a thousand spirits strong.
