A low key restaurant where you can taste exotic meat ( seal, whale etc). Don't mix with Lofoten restaurant by the harbour. The latter has never impressed me neither with their cuisine nor the service. Lofotstua staff is very friendly and the food is great ( at least the last time I was there). You probably need to make a reservation.
