IMHO, La Mestressa is one of the best tapas place in Barcelona: Well priced, great choice of meals & they're super nice!

It is a very chic restaurant with typical Catalan food, where you can enjoy a wonderful wine Penedes. You can make dinner or you can eat tapas toast with authentic bread pagés.
