Iconic place - terrific garden space outside; local favorite hangout.
It may look a little bit like a dive but the food is AMAZING. The cute garden patio is open during the summers, just be aware of the mosquitos.

“Walk down to the riverfront park, just beyond the Amtrak station. Also has a parking area and restroom. Dog friendly (leashed). Have a picnic, stare into space, watch the barges go by, play frisbee, cricket, soccer, play catch, or just set a spell on a park bench or bring your own chair or blanket. You can ride the ferry across the River and visit Athens. The park is the former site of oil storage tanks.”
