our favourite hike, short and steep.. beautiful views of the south fjord- only a 15 min drive. follow the signs to trolltunga and tell the parking people your just going to lille top its on the way.

Lilletopp - an easier alternative to Trolltunga for those who want to experience a marvellous view, exciting history and norwegian nature. Experience this 0.9-mile out-and-back trail near Odda, Vestland. Generally considered a moderately challenging route, it takes an average of 57 min to complete. A wonderful and rewarding hike to Lilletopp. This is a short, but steep and exciting hike that offers fantastic views of the glacier and Sørfjord from above. The trail is well marked and well maintained with steps, railings and stairs. Suitable for children. Highlights from the hike: - Scenic views - Brilliant surroundings - Fantastic fjord

Historic site in the old power plant. 30 min straight up, very nice family friendly hike. Check www.kraftmuseet.no for opening hours for the tunnels and pipes. Via ferrrata possible vi Trolltunga active.

Ta turen til toppen av røyrgata i Tyssedal. Det var her dei gamle vasstunnellane enda, før 50.000 liter vatn i sekundet fossa gjennom røyra til den gamle kraftstasjonen. Stien som går opp er merka og godt vedlikehelde med trinn, rekkverk og trapper. Turen vert avslutta på toppen av kraftverket sine røyrledningar. Herfrå er det fantastisk utsikt over breen og Sørfjorden. Den fantastiske utsikten over Sørfjorden og Folgefonna er ein ekstra bonus. Dette er ein spennande fottur, eigna for både voksne og barn. Om sommaren er det guiding til faste tidar og kiosk i voktarbustaden.
