Spilia tou Drakou, beyond Makry Gialos, adheres to the same principles. Owner superb outdoor space offers a stunning view of the Libyan Sea, prepares traditional Cretan dishes in an exemplary way. The vegetables, olive oil, staka, bread and rusks are all produced in-house.
