Te Papa Kanga is a real sand beach, just up the road, very different at every stop for the reserves around this area

A great place to hike into the Hunua ranges. there are five options of tracks, with different coloured code track, from the shortest Puriri Grove Track 1.4km for 30 minutes loop, to the longest Waharau Ridge Loop Track 11km for 3.5 hours.
