Just a few miles south of town, this nature preserve is the largest city park per capita in America! You might just see an alligator in one of the ponds!

This place is beautiful and is a short fifteen minutes or so from Jerob's Place. It is a beautiful place to take in the nature and sights and sounds of the Sabine river.

Huge park with miles of hiking trails as well as horseback riding trails. They have a fishing pond, an alligator pond, a playground, a covered pavilion with bathrooms, an archery range, and more!
