Wearing bikinis while visiting shops or out and about in public apart from the beach is not acceptable nor is wearing shorts to church services for women acceptable. Maina Traders and TnM are the closest shops for Groceries. For freshly baked bread 7 days a week, Koru Cafe is the place.

It is the biggest general store on the island. Maina Store sell everything from souvenirs to food. They also have a cafe there for lunch and breakfast.
