Minimalistic and tastful, tea bar is the perfect place to go for an afternoon tea with friends or a reprieve from portland city life. No coffee here, but their boba tea and tea lattes are to die for. Jasmine, lavendar, and vanilla rose boba are our favorites! Open 8 to 8, 7 days a week.
