Frequent buses to fife an other parts of Edinburgh. Please note that the local buses 'Lothian' do not stop here. Lothain buses are available all over the city and cost £1.60 for a single journey or £4.50 for an all day ticket. Please be aware they take exact change only but you can also use an app for your tickets. There is also a ticket office at the bottom of Cockburn Street/ round the back of Waverley Station where you can buy visitors bus passes.

If you plan to spend time in the city centre on your last day, then the best recommendation is to leave your bags at the left luggage facilities at the bus station (centrally located) at St Andrews Square. luggage lockers - (can hold multiple bags) £5 small, £6.50 medium, £8 large for each 12 hour period. Limited extra large luggage lockers are availble for £8 and £10 for each 12 hour period.

Edinburgh Bus Station (St Andrew's Square) is open: Monday - Thursday and Sunday 4.30am - 12am Friday and Saturday 4.30am - 12.30am The CityLink ticket hall is open Monday- Saturday 6.30am - 7.45pm Sunday 8am - 8pm Tickets for other services can usually be bought on the bus. Facilities: Toilets - 30p charge, open 4:30am - 12am Disabled toilets - accessible via RADAR key during station hours. Baby changing facilities - contact a member of staff to access.
