London Brewing is the first worker-owned brewery in Anglophone Canada and brews a truly local beer that sources organic and local ingredients when available. Their beers emphasize a taste of Ontario and their rotation of beer is accessible for those new to the craft beer world and those looking to expand their tasting horizons. The brewery began brewing in 2014 on a one-barrel system leasing space from The Root Cellar Organic Café in London's Old East Village. The brewery has expanded and moved to a larger space that showcases a new brew house and welcomes visitors with a relaxed environment. Come down for draught beer in their tasting room, pick up bottles from their expanded retail store, and see up-close the brewing process. The retail store and tasting room are open Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 11:30 AM - 10:00 PM, Friday from 11:30 AM - 11:00 PM, Saturday from 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM, and Sunday from 11:30 AM - 6:00 PM.
