The typically Småland nature with lake, forest, fields and meadows provides a beautiful backdrop for your stay on the farm where the lake fish become delicacies according to your own recipes. Farm shop and fish restaurant with the fish products that we catch in Bolmen has been an appreciated destination since the 80s and in 2018 we have supplemented the business with hotels and conference facilities. Here you can buy fish from Bolmen, and also eat at the fish restaurant. During the summer there is also pub evenings in some of the Saturday nights.

Is it a fishery, a farm shop, a smokehouse, or a restaurant? Well, Tiraholms Fisk is all of the above…and more. It’s a family run establishment that’s engaged in fishing, farming of fish (rainbow salmon) and they smoke fish. They also run a restaurant on the premises. They conduct their fishing with environmentally friendly fishing gear. They smoke some of their catch (so along with fresh fish, you can buy some hot and cold smoked varieties too) and the rest ends up on their restaurant menu. You can have a variety of fish as ceviche, smoked, fried or grilled. Especially recommended is their seating in the outdoor courtyard that offers a fantastic rustic experience. Make the time to drop into this place on your next trip to Halland.

Hyggelig fiskerestaurant direkte ved søen Bolmen. Ca 30 km nord fra sommerhuset, tæt på Unnaryd. Familevenlig fiskeresturant med fisk primært fra Bolmen. Top service, rimelige priser og god kvalitet. Der findes også en isbar og butik som sælger friske og røgede fisk.
