The purpose of yoga is to unify the body, breath and mind = balance. Open Space Yoga aims to create an atmosphere where each student finds their own way into yoga & its infinite ways of expression.

Great variety of yoga classes just one block from the BnB. Drop-ins accepted. There is a separate building that has the hot classes, right across the street from the main building.
