Ekahi is a Hawaiian restaurant a bit out of the way in Gypsum. It's casual dining allows customers to enjoy a little bit of the islands in Colorado! They have a flexible catering menu that can be customized to any event and can be mobile via the Ekahi Grill Food Truck.
