Super nice people who offer an hour long session about Old and New World wine making. (Please call ahead to reserve) Or, there are tasting machines where you can sample around 12-15 different wines for $20 (As of this 2020 writing) at any time. Just slightly over 2 miles from the cottage on the edge of downtown.

I love to go and enjoy the wine flights, order a cheese tray and sit at the fire-pit. Ensure you ask them to turn on the gas fire-pit.

The place to go in Highlands for wine. An amazing selection of wines from a casual bottle to a 100 point stellar bottle. The Shoppe is becoming known for consigning private cellars so if you are into wine, make sure you check it out. "Merlot" the wine dog is a well-known furry friendly face as is his owner Davis, the managing partner

The Napa Wine Station presents up to 16 different wines each day for tastings or full pours. It’s so much fun to be able to try those expensive wines without buying the whole bottle.

Highlands Wine Shoppe lets you sample wines, enjoy a glass, buy a bottle, and they have a great light fare menu to complement! They also do wine pairing and tasting events, so be sure to check their schedule.
