IMPORTANT - this review is ONLY for the Shreveport location. This happens to be my personal place for sushi, sashimi and unorthodox seafood delights. My personal selection is the Combination Nigiri which is NOT on the menu. This combo is about $14 and is two pieces of white tuna, two pieces of diver scallop and two pieces of steak filet - torched with butter and chives, and a small amount of ginger. EVERYTHING they make is absolutely paramount
