Known as the “sexy coffee” place, only because it’s on the sign. Slightly closer than Arbor Lodge coffee and opens at 7 am. We hear they make a great breakfast sandwich. 2 blocks, next to Azteca.

This morning-must for all our coffee drinking neighbors is a short 2 blocks from the NoPo Studio serving coffee, tea and breakfast bites to kick-off you day in Portland. Conveniently located on the way to the Rosa Parks MAX Station.
