AWESOME food. Totally gluten free kitchen. CLEAN food. Try the coconut crusted shrimp or the Med Salad. Yummy elixers. You can eat here on a cleanse or expect midprice dining

A jem and a unique one at that. This restaurant not only makes their own magic potions, the "Laughing Monks" potion literally makes my feel giddy inside. They will add CBD to any beverage you order if you ask. Last thing I ate there was a full unsplit chicken breast confit'ed in yep, duck fat, then slow cooked so perfectly that the crisp chicken skin stuck to my teeth like candy. This is a wonderful spot that will not be there for long. Rent is high in Boulder for business downtown, and Shine will be moving to a new home sometime next year.....
