A small farmers market in the heart of Winslow that runs every Saturday morning from April to mid December. We particularly love the delicious pastries from Coquette which are great to eat while wandering through the stalls and listening to the great live music.
Saturdays throughout most of the year, except Jan-March. Fresh local produce, flowers, food trucks, and entertainment!
On Saturdays only, visit the Bainbridge Farmer's Market, from 9-1. Located downtown, behind Winslow Way. (April-October)
“An old 1930s theater showing first-rate and off-beat films. Best buttered popcorn.”
“Lovely setting in the heart of downtown Winslow. Great local produce and seasonal menu. We love the fun atmosphere and perfect cocktails!”
“If you're looking for a long stroll in a classic PNW forest, this is the place. It's deep, dark, dramatic & lovely. Many of the trees are old growth, which means they're massive and awesome examples of the trees that built the west coast. There's two sections to the forest, accessible from various entry points. I'm happy to describe them in detail if you want to consult. Or just go for it... you can't get lost. And no, there's no lions, tigers or bears.”
“Located at the start of Winslow Way, BIMA is home to a growing Permanent Art Collection with a focus on artists and collections from the Puget Sound region. Additional traveling exhibitions complement the collection. Admission is free and the shop is fantastic!”
“Bainbridge Organic Distillers are an artisanal producer of award winning small batch vodka, gin and whiskey; all from scratch on the island. They are definitely worth a visit. The gin is particularly interesting - infused with botanicals of Douglas Fir which are typical on the island.”
