Harvey’s restaurant of the famous Winchester Mansions Hotel has an elegant summery feel, with a view of the ocean (and paragliders coming in to land) from the sea-facing terrace, or grab a table in the beautiful open courtyard. It’s well known for jazz brunch on Sundays, for which you must book.

The terrace at the Winchester Mansions is the perfect spot to watch the sunset with a glass of wine or a nice cocktail. You better come on time as this place is bumping.
