Really cheap and funky dumpling place. It has its charm and it's been around for ages. The locals and studens love it :) This is not a fancy place :)

The cheapest option in town to get your belly stuffed with food :) This place offers dumplings aka "Pelmeņi" and some soup and salads. The most favorite place after the hard party in the bars of the Old Town.

This is very budget-friendly, because you can get you stomach full for 3 EUR or even less. They serve "pelmeni" or dumplings - a traditional Eastern European / Russian food. And in the middle of Old Town! Latvians don't go to McDonalds they go to Pelmeni XL.
