Zilker Park is where ACL happens, where a great Zilker Christmas Light Show is, where the Stevie Ray Vaughn bronze is. Close enough to Casa Willow and Holly Neighborhood. Google what is happening at Zilker when you come.
地元の人からのヒント
Walk around town lake or take a blanket and a picnic down to Zilker park. It is Austin’s version of Central Park.
Barton Springs Pool, Town Lake, and the Lady Bird Hike and Bike trail are joined at the center by the best park to stroll, throw a blanket on the grass, play beach volleyball, or just sit on a bench and people watch.
Great place to walk around and enjoy the park. During the holidays there’s a trail of lights but tickets are required for the light trail.
Great park right in the heart of downtown. Beautiful view of the city. Great to take pups to or have a picnic.

Free guided tours are held daily, starting in the South Foyer, but brochures are also available on the first floor for self-guided tours. The Texas Legislature meets every two years, so you’ll have to check the schedule if you want to see an actual session in progress.”

“A must visit for anyone coming to see what Austin is all about. A very easy hike up to the summit where you will have expansive views of the Colorado River, lake Travis, Austin city skyline and the many neighborhoods that dot the hills below. Plenty of little spots you can stop off at and take it all in. ”
