Peppermint Bay Hotel is located 35 minutes south of Hobart in Woodbridge, Tasmania. It is also just a 10 minute drive from Stoneybank, Gardners Bay via Channel Highway and over Woodbridge Hill. It is a beautiful drive through lush hills. This is the best place to enjoy a leisurely lunch overlooking the D’Entrecasteaux Channel and Bruny Island. You will need to book for inside the restaurant, but not outside on the deck. Be early its extremely popular. The chef put a heavy emphasis on a seasonally changing menu making the most of the fresh produce from their gardens and local suppliers to ensure that the best product will end up on your plate. Their wine list is a testament of their love of Tasmanian produce, showcasing primarily Tasmanian wine, beer, cider and spirits.

A scenic drive down the coast with great rewards. Try the Bistro, reservations not required. (30 mins drive from 'Cranford' or mix it up by taking the Peppermint Bay boat from Brooke St Pier - reservations required to accompany a meal at 'The Stackings')
